O objectivo de investimento do European Property Fund é o de procurar a maximização do capital a longo prazo, calculada em Euros, através do investimento em títulos de capital de sociedades da indústria imobiliária Europeia, desde que tais títulos possam ser considerados como sendo títulos negociáveis. O Fundo procurará alcançar o seu objectivo através do investimento em títulos de sociedades europeias, nomeadamente, as sitas na Áustria, na Bélgica, na Dinamarca, na Finlândia, na França, na Alemanha, na Irlanda, na Itália, nos Países Baixos, na Noruega, em Portugal, na Espanha, na Suécia, na Suíça e no Reino Unido. O Fundo poderá igualmente investir em títulos de capital de sociedades localizadas nos mercados europeus emergentes e de menor dimensão. Os referidos títulos apresentam maiores riscos, nomeadamente de liquidez, do que os de sociedades sitas em países desenvolvidos e que são transaccionados nos mercados mais sólidos.

Ted received a B.A. from Brandeis University in Economics and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and studied at the London School of Economics. He was the 2011 recipient of the Industry Achievement Award from the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the leading REIT industry group, for his approach to securities research on listed real estate companies, which has been influential in making REITs a standard component of institutional real estate portfolios. |
