Biografia	Since joining Schroders in 2003, Stephen has played an active role in all parts of the QEP investment process. Stephen’s investment career commenced at Quaestor Investment Management in 1999, where he was as a senior research manager and portfolio manager of a Japanese market-neutral fund. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and Molecular Physics from the University of Nottingham, and a DPhil in Chemical Physics from the University of Oxford. He is also a CFA charterholder.
Justin Abercrombie	Founding Member	2003	Agora
Biografia	Justin joined Schroders in 1996, was a founding member of the QEP team and led the development of the team and product range. He is the lead fund manager on all of the team’s global equity strategies. Justin’s investment career commenced in 1993, at quantitative asset manager Pareto Partners, where he developed currency, bond and equity strategies. He holds a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Reading and an MSc (distinction) in Econometrics from London Metropolitan University.

Biografia	Mr. Corris joined Schroders in 2008 and is a member of the team that focuses on researching enhancements to the investment process. He holds a PhD in Atmospheric Physics from the University of Manchester and an MPhys (Hons) in Physics with Astrophysics from UMIST.

Biografia	Ayse Serinturk – Portfolio Manager Ayse joined the QEP team in 2008 and is a portfolio manager. She is also responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of investment strategies across client portfolios, including trade execution and fund launches. Ayse holds a BA (first class) in Philosophy and an MA in Metaphysics from the University of Nottingham.

Biografia	James Larkman – Portfolio Manager James joined Schroders in 2004 and is a portfolio manager. He is also responsible for ensuring effective implementation of investment strategies across client portfolios, which encompasses currency management, monitoring fund dispersion and efficient execution of trades. James holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and an MSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the ICMA Centre at Reading University.

Biografia	Mr. Adrian joined Schroders in April 2013. Prior to joining Schroders, Mr. Adrian spent six years as a global equity strategist at Empirical Research Partners. Before that, he was a technology analyst for ten years at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Adrian holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Durham University.

Biografia	Ms. Evans joined Schroder Investment Management North America Ltd. in 2011 and is a member of the team responsible for investment strategy implementation. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Manchester, and is a CFA charterholder and a CAIA charterholder.
John Townsend	Research Director	2010	2011
Biografia	Mr. Townsend joined Schroders in 2009 from AllianceBernstein where he was the Research Director for European and UK Value Equities. He holds a BA in Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from MIT in Financial Engineering. Mr. Townsend was appointed Director of Research-UK Value Equities in 2003. From 2006 to 2008, he also served as Director of Research European Value Equities. Previously, Mr. Townsend was a senior analyst and global sector leader covering construction, building materials and real estate. Mr. Townsend joined Bernstein in 1997 as a research associate covering global building materials, construction, real estate and autos & auto parts. Prior to joining Bernstein, Mr. Townsend was a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, focusing on strategic consulting to financial services companies. Before that he was an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in the Financial Research Department.
John Marsland	Senior Portfolio Manager, quantitative Analyst	2006	2010
Biografia	Marsland is a senior portfolio manager and quantitative analyst of SIMNA Ltd. He has been an employee of of SIMNA Ltd. since May 2006. Marsland holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
