Biografia	Ash Shah, CFA, Portfolio Manager, who has been responsible for the Fund since 2020 and has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2019. He was a Senior Portfolio Manager of OppenheimerFunds since January 2014 and a Vice President since February 2006. Mr. Shah was a Senior Research Analyst from February 2006 to January 2014. Prior to joining the OppenheimerFunds, Mr. Shah was a Vice President and Senior Analyst with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Prior to that, he was a Vice President and Senior Analyst with BlackRock Financial Management.

Biografia	Erik Voss, CFA, is a portfolio manager and has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2010. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. Voss was a portfolio manager with J&W Seligman Investments focusing on growth equity portfolios. As leader of the Seligman Growth team, he managed eight sector analysts and implemented a process he has developed over his career. Previously, Mr. Voss worked on teams at both Conseco Capital and Wells Capital Management, where at the latter he managed two large-cap growth portfolios.

Biografia	Janet Luby is a portfolio manager associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2011. Prior to joining Invesco in 2011, Mr. Luby was a senior portfolio manager with Amegy Bank, N.A. She also was with Van Kampen Investments for 12 years, most recently as a senior portfolio manager of grouth equity products. Ms. Luby entered the industry in 1987 when she joined AIM investments (the US retail predecessor to Invesco) in the Fund Accounting department before transferring to an equities analyst position. Ms. Luby earned a BBA degree in finance from Texas A&M University. She is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Brian T. Nelson	Portfolio Manager	2009	2014
Biografia	Brian Nelson is a portfolio manager for Invesco’s U.S. Core Equity team. He was senior equities analyst. He has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2004. He began his investment career in 1988 as a telecommunications and technology analyst with Franklin Templeton before being named portfolio manager in 1992. In 1995, he joined Chancellor LGT Asset Mgmt. (which merged with Invesco in 1997) as an analyst and was promoted to portfolio manager in 1998. Mr. Nelson joined Salomon Smith Barney as a vice president and senior analyst.
Warren Tennant	Lead Portfolio Manager	2008	2014
Biografia	Warren Tennant is the lead portfolio manager on the Invesco Technology team. Mr. Tennant entered the fi nancial industry in 2000 when he joined Invesco. He served as a senior equities analyst before being promoted to portfolio manager in 2007. Prior to joining Invesco in 2000, Mr. Tennant worked for Exxon Mobil as a domestic internal auditor from 1993 to 1995 and as the lead auditor for Latin America from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Tennant earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in fi nance and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a CFA charterholder.

Biografia	Sachnowitz is a senior portfolio manager with AIM Advisors, his employer since 1987. Prior to his current position, he was a money market trader and research analyst for the firm.
Michelle Espelien Fenton	Portfolio Manager	2003	2007
Biografia	Fenton is a portfolio manager with AIM Capital Management, Inc., her employer since 2004, when members of INVESCO transitioned to AIM Advisors, Inc. While at INVESCO, she served on the management teams of a number of technology and mid-cap stock portfolios. Prior to joining INVESCO in 1998, Fenton worked at Berger Funds as an equity analyst. Previously, she was a research analyst at Smith Barney.

Biografia	Keithler is senior vice president and portfolio manager with Invesco Funds Group, his employer since February 1999. He previously worked with the firm from 1986 to 1993 before joining Berger Associates as vice president from December 1993 to January 1999. From 1982 to 1986, he was a vice president with First Trust Company in St. Paul, Minnesota, where he managed a number of pension, profit-sharing, and foundation funds. He began his investment career in 1982.

Biografia	Chris Dries joined INVESCO in 1993, and was promoted to the Investment division in 1995. He previously held the position of manager of investment operations for the Investment division at INVESCO. Mr. Dries received a master's degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Biografia	Hallaren is a vice president with Invesco Trust Co., his employer since 1994. Previously, he was a vice-president and research analyst with Hanifen Imhoff from 1992 to 1994, a retail broker with Merrill Lynch for a year, and a director of business planning with MiniScribe Corp. from 1989 to 1990. Hallaren is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
