Biografia	Aditya Kapoor is vice president and portfolio manager for Ivy Investments, now part of Macquarie Asset Management’s Delaware Management Company. He joined Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) as part of the firm’s April 30, 2021 acquisition (Transaction) of the investment management business of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., the parent company of Ivy Investment Management Company (IICO), the former investment advisor of the Transaction Funds. He joined IICO in 2008 as an equity investment analyst. He had served as assistant vice president and assistant portfolio manager for investment companies managed by IICO (or its affiliates) since 2013. He became portfolio manager in 2017. He earned a Bachelor of Technology in production and industrial engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-Delhi), and holds an MBA from The Johnson School at Cornell University.

Biografia	Mr. Brundige joined Ivy Investment Management Company as an assistant portfolio manager for the Large Cap Growth equity team, and became a portfolio manager in Feb. 2006. He is Senior Vice President of IICO, Vice President of the Trust, and Vice President of and portfolio manager for other investment companies for which IICO serves as investment manager. Mr. Brundige holds a BS degree in Finance from Kansas State University, and has earned an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. Mr. Brundige is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biografia	Ms. Ross is primarily responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management of Ivy VIP Global Growth. Ms. Ross has held her Portfolio responsibilities since August 2014. She is Senior Vice President of WRIMCO and IICO, Vice President of the Trust, and Vice President of and portfolio manager for other investment companies for which WRIMCO or IICO serves as investment manager. She joined WRIMCO in October 2003 as an investment analyst, with industry responsibilities concentrated in biotechnology, healthcare equipment and supplies, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences tools and services. Ms. Ross became an assistant portfolio manager with the large cap growth equity team in February 2006 and has served as portfolio manager for investment companies managed by WRIMCO and IICO since January 2009. She holds a BS degree in business administration and a BA degree in French from John M. Olin School of Business, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri, and also studied global finance, French society, international marketing and corporate law at Ecole Europeene Des Affaires A Paris, Paris, France. Ms. Ross is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the CFA Institute and a member of the St. Louis Society of Financial Analysts

Biografia	Mr. Mengel is senior vice president of Waddell & Reed Investment Management Co (WRIMCO) and Ivy Investment Management Co (IICO). Mr. Mengel has been a portfolio manager for, and employee of, WRIMCO since May 1996, other than a leave from December 31, 2008 through June 30, 2009. He is a graduate of the University of Berlin with a degree in Business, Finance and Economics.

Biografia	Reilly is a portfolio manager with Ivy Management, his employer since May 2000. Previously, he was a vice president and portfolio manager with Scudder Kemper Investments from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, he was with American Express Financial Advisors from 1987 to 1995, focusing on strategies for global bond portfolios, currency hedging, and foreign equity markets. He also worked for the United Nations for five years. Reilly holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Castegren is president of Northern Cross Investments, his employer since 1993. Previously, he was a principal of Boston Overseas Investors from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, he was president of Marsh & Cunningham-Castegren International from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, he has been an officer of several other firms, including Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Company, Lazard Freres & Company, the New York-based investment companies of the Wallenberg Group, and the Stockholm Enskilda Bank.
