O objectivo de investimento do Fundo consiste em aumentar o capital a longo prazo, o qual será alcançado através de uma política de concentração em valores de rendimento variável e rendimento fixo emitidos por pequenas empresas (empresas com uma capitalização inferior a 2 biliões de USD). No entanto, dado que existem maiores probabilidades de atingir o objectivo de investimento através de uma política de concentração flexível e adaptável, é possível que o Fundo procure oportunidades de investimento em empresas de maior capitalização bolsista, bem como noutro tipo de valores mobiliários como, por exemplo, acções privilegiadas, valores convertíveis em acções ordinárias e valores de rendimento fixo denominados em dólares norte americanos ou outras divisas. A divisa de transacção do Fundo é o Dólar norteamericano.
