In this role, Mr. Bliss was responsible for overseeing a team of portfolio managers managing domestic, developed international and emerging markets index strategies. Mr. Bliss earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
