Biografia	Justin Thomson has been chairman of the committee at T. Rowe Price International Ltd since 2008. Mr. Thomson is the lead manager of the International Small-Cap Strategy and chair of its advisory committee and manager of the Europe Smaller Companies Equity Strategy. He is a member of the International Equity Steering Committee, the Proxy Voting Committee and the OUS Broker Commission Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, he was at G.T. Capital/LGT/Invesco, where he managed European small-cap, global small-cap, and German all-cap portfolios. His investment experience dates from 1991.Mr. Thomson earned an M.A., with honours, in economics from Cambridge University.

Ms. Lu is the lead portfolio manager for the Asia ex-Japan Equity Strategy. Ms. Lu is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited. She joined the Firm in 2001 and her investment experience dates from 1995. Prior to joining the firm, she was a vice president of the Asia Pacific Technology Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney in Hong Kong. Before Salomon Smith Barney, Anh spent three years at LGT Asset Management as an analyst and portfolio manager. Ms. Lu earned a B.A. with honours from the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Gunn has 34 years of investment experience, 10 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Between 1996 and 2002, he worked for Dresdner Bank Asset Manager Group. Mr. Gunn earned a B.A. with honours in jurisprudence from Oxford University. In 1978, he graduated from the Inns of Court School of Law and became barrister-at-law of the Inner Temple.

Biografia	Mark J. T. Edwards is a portfolio manager in the Equity Division at T. Rowe Price. Mr. Edwards is co-manager for the Emerging Markets Equity Strategy and Non-US Small-Cap Equity Strategy, specialising in North Asian equities. Mr. Edwards is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International, Inc. He started at the firm in 1984 as an analyst covering beverages, paper and packaging, publishing and transport companies within the UK. He went on to cover European small-caps before being promoted to portfolio manager in 1990. Mr. Edwards earned an M.A., with honours, in modern history from Cambridge University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) in the UK.
